When I told people I was going to live in an all-girls residence in first year, people said: “How are you going to live with all girls? Girls are so catty and bitchy.”
I cannot express my level of annoyance with that statement.
Wait, WHAT?
You’re a girl, aren’t you? So are you saying you start rumours for no apparent reason, spread your friend’s secrets, “PMS” and randomly act super rude, stab your friends in the back, steal their boyfriends and that you’re incapable of handing them a sweater if they’re cold or breaking a nail to carry a hurt friend?
